This time of year most people are overindulging and making excuses for not exercising or taking care of themselves. Everyone wants to be part of the celebrations and that usually means too much food, drink, late nights, and just general excess. We each have the ability to make the choice for something better. They say that whatever you are doing at the stroke of midnight sets the tone for what you will spend the New Year doing. That's why we kiss, so we will have love in the coming year. How about making 2011 the year you will be taking responsibility for your health and happiness by already being on track for losing the weight and getting healthy? Don't wait for Jan 2nd to start caring about yourself. These next few weeks can be the beginning of the new and improved you! You can go in to 2011 already feeling and looking better then you do now. Instead of waiting for a day on the calendar to tell you when to start taking care of yourself, start today!
