Now that the holidays are over and we all have a whole month of 2011 under our belt, What else is under there? Hopefully a little less of you then there was in 2010. If you made a resolution to lose weight and you kept it, congratulations! Keep going! If you found that you got off to less then a running start, it is not too late to recommit and get back on track. Cambridge is very forgiving and is always ready to work if you are. February is the month of love. What better why to express love to those that care about you then to start taking care of your health, lose the weight, and be free to enjoy family and friends and life as you were meant to. Don't let another year fly by wishing you had turned things around in 2011. Get going now and by summer you will be ready for the sun and fun!
