This time of year most people are
overindulging and making excuses for not exercising or taking care of
themselves. Everyone wants to be part of the celebrations and that usually
means too much food, drink, late nights, and just general excess. We each have
the ability to make the choice for something better. They say that whatever you
are doing at the stroke of midnight sets the tone for what you will spend the
New Year doing. That's why we kiss, so we will have love in the coming year.
