One of the hardest things about losing weight is not finding excuses to quit. There are millions of excuses to quit! The reasons not to quit are fewer, but they are honest and true. Remaining fat requires justification, excuses, bargaining, and in most cases..lying to yourself and the people you care about. It requires that you abuse yourself no differently then a drug addict or alcoholic or chain smoker. It is a violent act against self.
Every day that you are on track to your goal you are creating healing in your body and mind. You are nurturing your body and giving it the tools it needs to heal and rebuild. You are bringing peace to your mind and spirit. You are living in the positive where you should be. You may slip and deviate along the way, but those times will become fewer and far between until eventually your natural tendency, your internal compass if you will, will consistently seek after health and peace and freedom.
